Always a treat! Shrimp Buster and homemade onion rings!!
Absolutely the best seafood I've had in a long time. Great atmosphere and great customer service.
We highly recommend Herby K's for its great food, cold beer and friendly staff. We had a blast there yesterday. It has been the highlight of of our RV trip through 8 states. The restaurant and bar areas are loaded with the neat American remembrances of the past century and it brought smiles to our faces. It is must visit location.

Finally made the stop after hearing of this place for years. We didn't show up for lunch till about 130, to avoid the crowd, less than 12 customers. Service was horrible, waitresse didn't put in our order for an appetizer, and never offered to refill our drinks. Took right at an hour to get our food, which was mediocre at best. Shrimp buster was pounded so flat it's like eating crust. Tried both gumbo, not happy with either. Locals rave about it, they can have it. Oh my!! We had the shrimp buster & baby shrimp buster!!! Delicious!!! Love the atmosphere!! We got bread pudding to go & oh my you talk about heavenly!!!

We loved the Shrimp Buster, great bar food to have with beer or drinks. Our server was prompt & polite, cute too... Very, very clean restrooms, important when travelling. We will stop again next time we're traveling through Shreveport, LA.
My boyfriend took me there to eat softball crab for the first time. It was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Will go back every opportunity!!

Was told we needed to go to Herbie K's for their famous Shrimp Buster. Typically a place that is so hyped might not meet the full expectation but it is still good. Not this time. The people were great however the food wss not. The famous Shrimp Buster was a couple of shrimp pounded flat, fried then put on a piece of toasted sub roll. Zero flavor and just plain dry.
