Very disappointed with this psychiatrist and SSM Health. He was unwilling to consider changing medications during hospitalization and as a result, less than two weeks later, this person tried to commit suicide. This may have been prevented, as this type of medication can increase sadness and risk of suicide in some young people. Why not ask family some questions or allow family input?
