I called at 10:00 am on a Saturday morning, got a prompt call back, and a same day service appointment. Jim did a thorough review, fixed the motor, tightened the springs, and tightened all the bolts and lubed the wheel bearings. All in the same day, and now the door works like new again. A quick response, great service and a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Took out garbage at 630am. Closed the garage door and...it happened! SPRING SPRUNG!!!! I emailed 4 companies. Herb's replied with all the questions answered including cost and availability VERY QUICKLY! Before 430pm my garage door was up and running again. Super prompt. Super professional. Thank you guys! Doing the right thing matters so much. Your service matters a lot!!!!
Amazing job. Wouldn’t call anyone else. Came over immediately on a Saturday to replace springs. Not only did he check the springs, he checked all the other bolts to make sure they were tight and oiled everything up. Absolutely top notch.
