Herbmart, Mesquite, tx is: There is one clerk, her first name is Angela. She is absolutely the best. Very knowledgable and so ready to help, always knows about the products, just a very smart, sweet lady. I always ask for her. The prices are the best also.
I agree... The best for herbs,vitamins and natural foods... I have been going here for years... Best around. Let's just call this a mini supermarket for the naturally inclined... Ezekial bread, fruits and nuts, drinks, milks, groceries etc on one side and herbs, lotions, vitamins on the other. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and most of the time, have tried just about everything in the store and will offer their opinions when asked.
Plano Herbmart- Poor management, former customer (since 2000!) Customer since fall 2000 QUITS. NO customer service since 2011. Last incident- 8/12 bought defective item (product consistency), called Herbmart, they said they had some problems with the product batch, they understood I left for grad school and would not be back till 12/12. Brought item in 12/12, with obvious Herbmart price tag intact. New manager Le refused store credit even though he knew all the facts just stated. Amazing!!! unsatisfactory credit policy I like the prices, but i didn't keep my ticket and they would not give me my $4.00 credit towards other products, even though it had not been opened! I will keep ALL of my tickets from them from now on!!!
Very good prices they have a great selection for being located in mesquite. The staff is supper friendly and helpful if need be. Only 4 stars because they are almost always out of kombucha.
Can't-Be-Beat Prices! I've been shopping at Herb Mart in Mesquite, TX, for about 5 years. Our family lives several hours away, but we shop and stock up on natural foods every time we visit my husband's parents in Mesquite. I've done a lot of pricing around and I've never found prices that even come close to comparing with Herb Mart. On herbal extracts, ear candles, flour, and just about everything else, Herb Mart has the most competitive prices I've been able to find. I love this store!
Herbmart is Great Place to Shop the store is a little small but has a great selection of vegan and vegitarian products. I enjoy shopping there the employees are so helpful to all my health concious needs.
