unsatisfactory credit policy I like the prices, but i didn't keep my ticket and they would not give me my $4.00 credit towards other products, even though it had not been opened! I will keep ALL of my tickets from them from now on!!!
Massage therapist I enjoy going into Herb Mart in Mesquite TX...their staff has always been very helpful in directing me in finding specific vitamin supplements, natural massage oils, aroma therapy, etc., for my massage business in Forney TX. If something is not in stock, they will take my name and number and call me later when it is in or hold it for me when I come in. Can't-Be-Beat Prices! I've been shopping at Herb Mart in Mesquite, TX, for about 5 years. Our family lives several hours away, but we shop and stock up on natural foods every time we visit my husband's parents in Mesquite. I've done a lot of pricing around and I've never found prices that even come close to comparing with Herb Mart. On herbal extracts, ear candles, flour, and just about everything else, Herb Mart has the most competitive prices I've been able to find. I love this store!
Best Health Food Store Around I have shopped at Herbmart for many years. What started out as a small two aisle store has grown to a very nice sized natural vitamin and food store. I love their prices, most everything is below the suggested retail price charged by others in this market. I'll be glad when they have more fresh veges to go with the organic fresh fruit. Herbmart is Great Place to Shop the store is a little small but has a great selection of vegan and vegitarian products. I enjoy shopping there the employees are so helpful to all my health concious needs.
Herbmart is a dream come true!!! I live in Guthrie Oklahoma and I STILL do my major stock-up grocery trips to Mesquite Herbmart every time I go to visit my family down there. Their prices are SO FAR below the regular retail price that it costs me LESS to drive 230 miles EACH WAY and stock up there every few months than it would for me to shop at any of the several health food stores (we have both huge ones and small ones in Oklahoma City) here near home. Very good prices they have a great selection for being located in mesquite. The staff is supper friendly and helpful if need be. Only 4 stars because they are almost always out of kombucha.
Plano Herbmart- Poor management, former customer (since 2000!) Customer since fall 2000 QUITS. NO customer service since 2011. Last incident- 8/12 bought defective item (product consistency), called Herbmart, they said they had some problems with the product batch, they understood I left for grad school and would not be back till 12/12. Brought item in 12/12, with obvious Herbmart price tag intact. New manager Le refused store credit even though he knew all the facts just stated. Amazing!!! Best healthfood/herb-vitamin shop this side of Dallas county I have been using this store to purchase all my health needs for my family for years. They have very experienced and helpful staff. I have recommended them often. The store is growing and has twice the products as 5 years ago. Kudos to HerbMart!
