I had no problem with lawn servicing for the past two years until the last application, which was an insect control and weed/fertilizer. No issue with the technician, but with the office staff, who normally send an invoice after servicing and wait for payment. However (maybe because this was the last service of the year), they took in upon themselves to immediately take out the payment from a bank account not set up for auto pay and rarely used before and without notifying me. I've used a herbi System to treat my lawn the past 4 years and have been pleased with the results. When I was told by the TN Ag folks I had some insects and problems with my trees I contacted Herbi Systems for advice and quote. They came yesterday fr the first application of 5 total. They were safe and effective in their approach and informative.
I am extremely pleased with Herbi-Systems! They turned my yard from the worst it’s ever looked to a bright green, soft meadow. Then I had them plant fescue seed in the back and it looks just as green and lush as the Zoysia in my front! 100% recommend them!!!
They came out as promised. Took care of the front lawn but do not look like they did anything for the back.
They killed our trees. Do not use this company for any treatment or care for your trees and shrubs ever. You will be sorry.
I have been using Herbi-Systems for my lawn care since last 2 years. Last year they wanted to work on my irrigation system also. I approved thinking they are reputed company. The guy worked on my irrigation system for almost 8 hrs and charged me per hour. The system was still not working and when asked he said there is small valve which he will change next year. I made payment of almost 800 dollars. This year they came and spent another 10 hrs made 4 big holes in my yard on pretext of finding one problem after another. The s... read more

Dr. B*** was seemingly very pleased with our services, because on 8/21/2018 he requested an inspection of his irrigation system.
