I called for an estimate on a basic repair. An AI bot eventually connected me to a man with an attitude, who asked me for my email address. When I asked why he needed my email, he started yelling at me, so I hung up. That’s when he decided to text me repeatedly, as seen in the screenshot I included.

This roofing service is truly exceptional! We submitted an online request for a roof inspection on a Sunday, and by Tuesday morning, they had arrived in Blue Bell, ready to take a look. The punctuality they exhibited is something I've found to be quite uncommon in home improvement services. After the inspection, Bruce and Patrick took the time to discuss their findings with us and even provided pictures for clarity. We'll definitely be using their services again!

my spouse engaged their services and they showed up with their crew, conducting a significant roofing job within two days. all this time, they were careful to maintain cleanliness in our surroundings, showing respect for my flower beds and shrubs. the cost was fair, and the quality met our standards. i would strongly recommend them and won't hesitate to seek their services again if needed. i've included a photo of the roof before the work was done, just to illustrate the size of the house. without a doubt, a solid 5 stars.
