I am recovering from having mastoidectomy surgery last week. Dr Wazen and Dr Ojo were my surgeons. They are both top notch doctors in my opinion, very thorough and understanding. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them and their office staff. Dr Ojo~ I will be sad to see you leave to go back to Miami. Your patients down there will be very lucky to have you as their physician.
WORST, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was told they verified with my insurance company that my allergy testing was covered, I made the mistake of trusting them, then I got a bill in the mail after the fact. Also, if they check your ears or nose with any instrument they will bill it as a surgical code and your insurance may not cover it. I thought he was just checking my ears, I had no idea it was considered a medical procedure, I STRONGLY suggest not to go to them if you're not rich. Remarkable Job ! I had an Stapedomy w/ an middle ear prosthesis performed 3 months ago today.I can not even find the words other than Thank You Dr. Rosenberg & Mario. The Siverstein Institute not only met my expectations but exceeded them.
After 4 doctors and my ear worsening, I saw Dr. Wazen and he immediately diagnosed the real problem ( unlike what all the others said. He treated my ear and almost instantly, I felt better and my eat pain and drainage stopped! His great knowledge of ear and sinus trouble helped me instantly! Great faith in Dr. Wazen. I highly recommend him to anyone with ear problems!!!!! Thanks Doc!
