My review is based on my personal experience with Dr. Shreier and his office . If possible, complete all paperwork ahead of time. All forms will be emailed as an attachment after making the appointment , so no time has to be wasted filling out forms in the waiting room. The office manager informed me that all clinician billing is based on current insurance billing provided and gave me the contact to find out the cost of a visit. He is a terrible, terrible, terrible psychiatrist. He misdiagnosed me when I was 10, 23 years ago, as having bipolar and manic depression. Because my guardian was so naive and able to be influenced to turn against her own nephew, I was sent to a group home. When I was 30, surprise surprise! I don't have bipolar. I have Asperger's. I will NEVER get my life back because of this rotten man. I sincerely hope he burns in hell, with his Willy Wonka hair.
Was refereed here by my child's pediatrician after seeking help per my child's school's request. After several months I was able to get an appointment. The appointment consisted of me spending a half an hour ahead of time completing a survey, arriving ready to pay and being told the insurance would cover it (only to be billed at the wrong address thus never receiving a bill and end up sent to collections 6 months later), waiting past my appointment time (at least 30 minutes) despite being the only person I saw in the entire ... read more
