If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Jeffrey is the worst manager I have ever dealt with since ive started renting. He’s disrespectful and likes to threaten you if he doesnt get his way. Not professional. If you like over paying for parking, paying $1.50 per load of laundry(if its not broken), having your apartment flood when it rains(because they could care less about fixing anything), getting tickets for parking in the loading zone for 20 minutes, and s*** management this is the place for you! Love the location, the super friendly staff and the look of my studio, however I really wish they would fix whatever is causing my AC to leak, as I know an entire bucket of water in two days from condensation is not "normal" like they claim it is..............
