I had Dr. Scherl as my GP for years at Kaiser. What a great care giver, always upbeat and helpful, easy to communicate with, sharp as a tack, and serious as a heart attack (which, fortunately, I haven't yet suffered). Dr. Scherl is an exceptional physician whom I miss very much since moving out of state. If I move back, I'll see if I can get him as my GP again.
He is one of the most professional, well informed, and friendliest Doctors out there. Everytime I had a question or concern I could easily reach him. I would like to share a story of how amazing Dr. Schedl is. I recently changed insurances and no longer receive Kaiser medical. My new doctors through a different hospital (Hoag) refused to write me a prescription for a medication that I have been on for more than two years at the nearest urgent care I went to.
