If I could give less than one star, I would. Terrible business practice. First of all, they're rarely open maybe twice a week?? and when they are, there's a new front desk person every time. I went there a few times (left work early [during a full moon] to make sure they were open) and every time there was a new gal training at the front desk. Dr Schurgin is amazing. Go to the mall stores for an eye exam and they do 1 test in 5 minutes. Dr Schurgin did multiple tests on me and explained everything thoroughly. Whole family has been going to him for years and could not ask for better service. I see a few people on ger complaining about his office staff. The woman they are referring to is now gone and the new front desk woman, Andrea couldn't be nicer.
I found Dr. Shurgin wonderful and knowledgeable. Please relay your experiences to him, so he can deal with the nasty staff member. It’s unfair to slander his business on this platform without giving him a chance to rectify it.
Dr. Schurgin is friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to fully explain to me what was going on with my eyes in a way that was easy to understand. He made a few different recommendations and so far all of them have helped me tremendously, were easy to implement, and weren't costly at all. I have seen 2 other providers in the past 7 years, neither of which helped me as much as he did in my first visit.
