I have gone here for awhile but today was not a great experience. My pedicure was amazing my manicure was nice. At the end I realized my thumb had a black hair through my white nail so I asked the tech to fix it and after that the nail and toe tech talked in their language laughed looked at me and smiled. It made me extremely uncomfortable. It doesn’t matter what they were saying when they were quiet then all the sudden not it is very rude. I absolutely love coming to Herbal Nails and Spa! The whole team is wonderful, but I want to give a special shout-out to Linda. She is a true artist and always pays attention to detail—my nails look perfect every time. She also gives the best foot massages, so relaxing and therapeutic. I also really appreciate the little extras this salon offers, like free drinks and cocktails, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. Highly recommend this place!
