You have to watch EXACTLY what they’re charging you for!!! I went today and took my 4 year old daughter. I got a pedicure which I knew I knew would $60. But my baby got her nails polished (NOT a manicure) just polish. I told the tech that she wanted pink sparkly polish and one nail silver polish. That’s it. I said nothing about a design. The tech put a few white dots on the pink nail. I get to the front to check out and they charged me $40 for her polish!!! FORTY DOLLARS!!!! The staff can be loud, disrespectful, and unprofessional, and when you bring concerns to the owner, instead of addressing the issue, he seems to make excuses for the behavior.
