Horrible horrible horrible!!! I will NEVER return. I asked for my nails to be shorter and similar to last time with a design on my ring finger with thinner dip polish. I left with no nail- cuts on my cuticles, dip powder all over my fingers that they tried to take off with acetone and then it warped the polish on one finger. Oh and no design! The nail tech said she was not going to charge me and then I was charged anyway. Told the dip would come off with my hands being washed. So unacceptable. So unprofessional. I work in th... read more
I went to herbal nails today, the lady that sits in the very front did a horrible job. Not good at communicating and service was 1/10. When I came in I requested a simple design white French tip, yellow lining which she agreed that she could do. She attempted to do it but it didn’t come out as close to how I desired it to. I asked her if anyone else could help me with the design she said no and proceeded to speak to the other techs laughing and making jokes in her language as if I didn’t know. I enjoy going to this nail salon, they have great customer service, great movies or music and great discounts if you are a recurring customer.
Herbal Nails is extraordinary as far as customer service AND their nail art. If you can’t find a nail tech for all your special designs, I highly recommend that you come here!!!
