Unacceptable customer service. I was referred to this salon. Today I had an appointment for 90min, manicure and pedicure. I arrived a few minutes late. They told me because of that there will be a 10min wait. After 20min waiting on a chair, I got seated for the pedicure, feet in the water. another 25min later (remember, feet in the water), and nobody taking care of me, I left complaining about the service. I’ve been going to this Salon for over 6 months- I arrange my visits to Naples when it’s time for a Mani & Pedi...never disappointed with their services. Compliments on my nails everywhere I go.
I have never been treated like such a queen! Don spoiled me with a special Russian Manicure which deep cleans cuticles by removing build up with a diamond drill tip. Sophia added a new GelX soft get overlay to 3 of my nails that were badly damaged. The GelX is different than a traditional gel overlay because it more natural, thin layer over the nail that soaks off. It can be a nail tip or just overlay. I even had a beautiful pedicure by Sam.
