Great experience for my wife and I. Purchasing a washer & dryer has never been so educational. Kimberly provided a fantastic education on cycles and features and how to best use the equipment knowing what we had previously. She even worked with us on the price with next day delivery. I bought a used side x side black refrigerator from them and they were great. The refrigerator was impeccably clean. They were willing to negotiate on the price which was great. They couldn't guarantee the water and ice would work on the door but assured me that they didn't think there was anything wrong. I was moving it back to Texas so I was unable to test it. I trusted them and it has been working great now for over 6 weeks. I would recommend them without hesitation.
