Awful service since Chris is no longer the GM... they claim they sell more cars now but service and sales guys are absolutely awful!! All they do is stare and if you ask for a trade in price on your vehicle be prepared for them to tell you it will take several days to get your trade in value!! Awful awful awful! Most unprofessional car dealer I've ever been to since under new management.
They are the best group if guys to deal with,don't ever think you can't buy a car because they will put you in one ..

I first went to Chandler in Madison In. they tried forcing me into a vehicle that smelled like smoke, had burn holes on the front seat, and was totally not what I wanted! Chandler told me that vehicle was the only one the bank would approve. Not giving up I went to Herb Kinman. The staff was friendly, helpful, and up front with me.
