Every time I come here to the service department I’m always charged for things that were not disclosed upfront or extra fees are added. The same thing happened today. There were also other people dissatisfied in the lobby with their service, who told the staff they would not be coming back. The staff then talked rudely about them after they had left the service lobby area, out loud where other customers could hear. This place is very unprofessional. Jose was the best!! I asked how long it would take for my oil change and car wash. He told me 45 minutes. Jose had me in and out under 30 mins so I could get to work!!
I started experiencing something wrong with my truck. I am traveling across the country. I stayed next to a dealer Sunday night. Monday morning I was there when they opened. I explained my situation and I was told they were two weeks behind and couldn’t fit me in! I drove to Herb Easley in Wichita Falls.
