Shout out to Keith, service technician were busy he stepped in to help out, made the process of dealing with the warranty super easy had my truck in and out within a few days super good people up there!
I had the unfortunate experience of my brakes going out while 2 hours from home and this was the only GM certified service shop in town. While they seemed to be happy to assist when I called, I did not receive great service. There was only one person at the desk on a Saturday. I dropped it off around 9:00 am and received a call an hour and a half later advising my new suburban needed a new brake vacuum pump and module but they wouldn’t be available to install until the following Tuesday. As far as VW goes, I wouldn’t buy here nor EVER service your vehicle here. There are horrendous at scheduling your vehicle for a time, they will keep your vehicle for weeks, and it’s just an overall terrible experience every single time. I’m stuck going here because bought new for the lifetime powertrain warranty. I brought my corvette in and had zero issues and had quick turnaround. I just don’t think certain people are cut out for what they do there.
