I had problems with my car battery and got towed to Herb Easly. Robert took the car in and drove me back on base. They figured out the fault within one day and replaced the battery. And because the car had a bumper to bumper warranty, we didn't even have to pay. Robert brought me our car even back to base. It was a first class service. Thank you, Robert.
I had a really great experience with the service department at Herb Easley Motors, especially with Cobi Niedzwiecki, the Imports Service Manager. He took my safety concerns seriously and made sure my car was looked at and fixed quickly. Everything is now working perfectly, and I feel much safer driving it. They also went above and beyond by shuttling me home and picking me back up, which I truly appreciated. I purchased my 2025 Volkswagen Jetta SE in December 2024, and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership’s service department. My cruise control and safety features stopped working, which I later learned is a known and common issue with this model that usually only requires plugging the vehicle into a computer to recalibrate the system.
