I can't believe I had such a fantastic experience purchasing a car. I had been in a car accident and my car was declared a total loss, so I begrudgingly had to go car shopping (its fun if you want to purchase a car, not so fun if you were perfectly happy with what you had). However, Dhimitri Lako, Chris Sholla, Jada, and Luis, went positively above and beyond. They found me an amazing vehicle and got me out the door with it the same day! After buying a car I was told it would be registered on Friday. Once I called Friday to confirm my car was ready for pickup, i could not get anyone on the phone. After showing up at the dealership, I was told the car was not registered. Once I said I was told it would be registered Friday, I was informed that they had not made the appointment after all.
