SCAM Artists! I bought a brand new 2018 Rogue with a prepaid "NISSAN CAR CARE PACKAGE" that pays for all pike charges and tire rotations. Their up front receptionist MARY ELLEN PARSONS dressed in a dumpy sweater and bad attitude had me drive to their location twice for an oil change and refused to take my Nissan Car plan twice because she refused to wait on the phone huffing and puffing the whole time. Everyone is great to deal with from Sales to Service (Derrick (spelling?), Chris, Mary, etc..). I had a strange problem with the telematics unit in my 2017 Titan XD. After a couple bad TCUs shipped by Nissan and questionable knowledge from the Nissan Connect personnel the problem got resolved. Service department always had a loaner car and patience with my kids raiding their donuts. I highly recommend you purchase get your Nissan serviced here.
