Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I purchased a 2019 GranTurismo from the showroom floor and was told it would be ready in a week, as it needed to go through a 200-point safety inspection before delivery. When I drove it off the lot, I immediately heard a clunking sound in the front end. I took the car to another dealership in Norwood, where I was told the vehicle was completely compromised.
