It took a long time to replace a maxi-fuse for the starter. There were other complications with the Stellantis provided tow truck as well as having a very large plow mound trapping the car in the lot when picking up. Overall not a good dealership experience for a simple repair.
I always do service on my Son car there a 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia and this Dealer always delivers a Great service and also clean the Car the Service advisor Carlos Martinez was amazing too thanks again
I had the worst experience at this dealership. I have them replaced the rear sunshade on my 2023 Alpha Romeo Giulia under factory warranty. After the sunshade was replaced, I started to hear clicking and rattling noise from the headliner which is extremely annoying. I went back for a second time to fix this, but they still couldn't resolve the issue. I ran out of my patience and went to a trusted mechanic, got the problem solved, and paid out of my pocket.
