I had to call a technician to get our copier back online. Our technician, James, went above and beyond to help us. He did great!
Working with this company has been the worst experience imaginable... First of all they could not count their own overages, and tried to sell us a package that was dramatically below our use rates.. They then demanded $3700 which the collected from our account... This was because apparently it is our fault the machine counts they collected the first time were inaccurate, and only reported 9 months later, after a huge amount of overages occured... also counted greyscale as color, all safeties against overages stopped... the four ladies in there were absolutely fabulous they were very sweet and very helpful to me they even went as far as giving me a lawyer's number to help deal with my hit-and-run I was at the DMV and they said that I needed a copy of my police report so I came over here and they allow me to copy it made my day we sat and chit chat for a few minutes and I just want to thank each and every one of those ladies for their personal help they truly are genuine women
