They did a great job taking care of my brows. From the beginning, they were super warm & welcoming and got me seated immediately. Then, she helped choose a brow shape for me. She did a great job explaining her design choices. The whole operation went really smoothly!

Patient care, great communication and responsiveness, and of course - great long lasting results. I have been to Hera’s more than once and each time she has delivered! From check in to check out it felt like a real spa experience. The staff was so thorough with explaining each step and Hera was so gentle with the actual Microblading part. I highly recommend coming here for the 5-star treatment.
Had a wonderful experience with getting my eyebrows done. Elysia’s process is meticulous and my eyebrows look great. She fixed what was lacking in my brows and they look balanced now. Would highly recommend!
