As I walked in all the workers were busy accept for one who I believe to be the owner. He was sitting on a pedicure chair scratching his balls while I waited for about 15 minutes for someone to start my nails. Finally a worker walked in to do my nails. He was wiping his hands on his nose and coughing in my face. Despite this, he was sloppy and unprofessional. He cut my cuticles with a machine and made me bleed.
