One of the BEST gyms around. This place has made me feel so secure and safe.
Love this studio and Mell. Can’t recommend them enough! Especially for women 35+ who are looking to become stronger and improve their overall physical health to protect against injuries (as we are all inclined to have as we age). They keep their class size small to provide individual attention. Mell is a fantastic teacher. She tailors the classes to the people in the gym that day and makes sure that everybody feels very comfortable. She has unique ways of targeting different muscles that I’ve never seen from any other instructors. Very welcoming, and a fantastic workout, overall a great environment!
