Had the pleasure of sitting across the table from Melody Quick who represented the buyer of our home. She was 100% unprofessional! I have never met someone so rude in my entire life. Extremely disappointed overall in working with Courtney. The sale of our house was fine (never was given a “sold” sign even though we asked 3xs for it), but buying a house was a bit of a nightmare due to lack of communication. We were told we would have quick communication, and we had to follow up for things to get done throughout the entire process. My parents worked with Diane Walsh ! She literally screwed them over ! She didnt help them find a place just excuses or out of town then doesnt keep you up to date with everything . Sells you house and finally when you get ur money she wants u out in less then 2 weeks ! When you tell her you just got money to purchase a place you need to still find a place to live she unprofessionally says to go live with a relative ! Doesnt give a damn about you ! Worked with Dave Culbertson and Amber Harvel this morning to scrape and repaint the garage of my "dream home" before the FHA appraisal is done. It was freezing and Dave drove from Mt.
