I always buy my wife her hair extensions here and they have the great customer service and the best prices. I highly recommend them. Jay always takes care of me and goes above and beyond to make sure i am satisfied with the service and product.

I'm very disappointed with her imports, I'm a frequent customer I always come here and buy my bundles I've been getting the bleach blonde so happens it's been out of stock so Jason Menjivar suggested I purchase another blonde which I did and trusted his suggestion I always cellophane my bundles so happened one of my bundles melted the process was done correctly and always done correctly so I called Jason to let him know what happened his response was sorry over seven days cannot help you I explained to him was not ready to d... read more

I have bought hair several times. They offered an auburn colored hair. I purchased two bundles and installed one bundle. After a couple of weeks, the hair was shedding, nappy, and puffy. I complained to Her Imports but their response was that I only had 10 days to return the hair. The quality of that hair was absolutely horrible. I am disappointed with company that they didn't stand by their product. They should have verified that I had purchased their hair multiple times in the past. Please don’t buy from this company, since the pandemic this hair been really bad. It sheds really bad and get nappy nothing you can do to save it because after a week the hair so thin only four strands of hair on the track. I brought this hair faithfully since 2019 definitely change in quality.
