Her Hope is an AMAZING group of humans truly dedicated to helping people in a huge way. I started therapy about 4 months ago and my therapist Lexie has truly changed my life. She’s helped me so much as a newly postpartum woman, who’s experienced birth trauma. I don’t know what I’d do without her! My husband also goes here and loves his therapist too. They are wonderful!

I have seen a lot of therapist in my life and they have been good but the car I have received at Her Hope has been truly life changing! In just a few short months I feel like my brain has been rewired and I see things through a totally different lenses. I see Lexie and she is amazing at her job as a clinician but the difference is how much I feel seen and heard by her. The tools she gives me are helpful and impactful but it is the fact that I feel truly empowered to use them that has changed everything!
