She was great. She came with an assistant and fixed the AC. On time and professional. It took a while to get parts in, but I would recommend her without hesitation. She even got the old heat/air pump in the sunroom started (I think with a magic push ) so that there was one area of the house which would cool down during the repair time.

I love supporting a good small business, and especially a woman owned and operated one, and HER is both those things! When we got a giant ridiculous estimate from Armor Air, we turned to HER for support. Unfortunately our whole unit (furnace and AC) needed replaced, but HER was very helpful and informative throughout the whole thing, plus they spent a whole day in my sweltering basement working on the replacement so that we could have AC again after 3 weeks of dying in the heat. We had our A.C. and gas furnace replaced during the current heat wave. Not only is Cecelia very knowledgeable (I have 2 decades experience but too old), but she persevered through the heat and a difficult install.We were well informed during the entire process. I highly recommend HER heating and cooling and would definitely call again

Very professional, and intelligent. She cleaned out my heat pump coils by hand since there was no water Spigot around my property. while any other contractor would have told me to get a new one she and her partner did it manually in this crazy heat not only do i commend the work they did but I highly recommend this little business so let's help them get bigger!
