Hepp Sprinklers is not recomended. One year ago my sprinkler system was working but one valve was stuck open. I called Hepp to repair it. The sent a worker who said they could not repair it and gave a $600 dollar estimate to replace the entire system and charged their minimum $65 to tell me this. Since I could not afford $600 I spent the entire season dragging the hose around to water. Recently, I had someone do a 20 minute repair to the sticky valve and all is well. Bad customer service We've used Hepp Sprinkler Company for many years, unfortunately, their customer service and reliability have declined significantly during that time. We've had extreme difficulty working with their front office receptionist. Don't bother with the headaches and use another service at all costs!!!!
Mr. Hepp is a nice guy I have had Hepp Sprinklers come out and winterize our system for years. I had them come out last year to see if they could fix the manifolds. Mr. Hepp came out and gave me an estimate. He discussed replacing most of the old system. I told him that I did not have the money at the time. He gave me a couple of tips on how I could fix it myself and save some money. Hepp sprinklers has been around Arvada for a long time. If you need your sprinkler winterized, give Hepp a call.
