I have a cricket roof in the back of my house where 2 roofs come together above living space. During the winter this part of the roof would get ice damming and condensation on the underside of the roof and drip water into our living space. Hepler roof was the only roofing company that came out and inspected the issue and came up with a solution to rebuild the cricket and put 2 inch foam insulation and a TPO rubber roof. Communication was great all the way through; from the very initial quote to returning to make sure we were happy with the work. They also accommodated the request of doing the rubber roof replacement on a weekend so there was no interference with our business. No hidden costs - estimate was very complete and well documented. Would definitely recommend!
Hepler replaced of our porch deck, roof, and gutters. We were so pleased that we called them back to replace a long downspout that was damaged in an ice storm. You may have to wait a bit because they are so busy but they are worth the wait.
