Knowledgeable employees, excellent inventory and lower prices make HEP Sales the go to supplier for electric, plumbing and heating updates.
We went in there got a quote for materials and we went in there on a Friday and we went back Monday to pay for it and the price went up over the weekend it had to be had to be one up Saturday then we went back to get our stuff we got it all home and the metal was a different color where it wasn't supposed to be and we're missing two things on there and we went back to town about it and this the customer service for courtland sucks they're just give us a big attitude it's no good
This store has come a long way in the last year or so. It used to be a mess, disorganized with lots of missing basic parts and fittings, but it's much better now. There is a guy Keith working there who is knowledgeable. They have a lot in stock and the prices on things like fittings or pipe are very often 30-50% less than Lowes. They also beat Lowes on blown in cellulose insulation. We are building a house and have gotten quite a bit from this HEP.
Had what we needed and sales person directed us to appropriate isle. In and out in 5 minutes.
