Greedy with very very poor communication!!! They were so concerned about getting their increment payments that they delayed ordering the shower door because it came in higher than their quote. So they refused to order it until I agreed to the more than $890 increase this would have cost!! I called Bell Glass myself and spoke to their representative! I had to threaten Hentzen with a lawsuit! The door finally did get ordered and will cause another schedule delay by at least 2 weeks because of their insistence on getting me to ... read more
Great company to work with.
Everything with this company started out great but then quickly deteriorated. Starting with communication. I would call and leave messages and it would take days or repeated texts, emails or phone calls to get replies. Which ended up delaying the start of our project by many days. Then when the work was finally started there was poor communication about when the workers would be there or what time. So you would be left waiting for them and they may not even show.
