I called to have 4 trees removed and the lady that answered was very short and snotty about it and when I was asked if I’d ever used them before and said no(cause I’ve never needed any trees removed), the attitude got way worse... so needless to say, I don’t care if y’all offer it for free you won’t get any chance to bid work for my home or business ever again.. What a waste

I love these guys! They are just a good company! They come in, take the trees down and hours later, you would never ever know they were there. Hentges takes pride in their work...every time.

We HIGHLY recommend Hentges and wish we had called them for an estimate the last time we had our trees trimmed. They are reasonably priced and take every scrap with them when they leave. 5 stars aren’t enough.
My cat was stuck in a tree and Hentges was the first place I called (including Animal Control, the fire department, and other animal rescue places) that acted like they wanted to help me. Thanks to Joey and Phil my cat was rescued from her 40 ft high perch with minimal trauma to any of us. If they are this great with a cold call about something that isn’t in their job description, I would recommend trying them out for something they do on a regular basis. Thanks so much Hentges!!
