They talked me into more work than I asked (just wanted alternator)as the only way they would gaurentee their work. They are refusing to gaurentee their original verbal work agreement. They've had my car for several weeks before touching it! It was towed there by me with a request for specific mechanic I normally used in the past elsewhere, he was working their wt the time. He is in the hospital now. Who in their right mind would pay $1200 for diagnostic service that they were not forwarned of prior deliberately dishonored verbal agreement! They pointed out the oil leaks in orginal aggreement prior to renigged gaurentee of their work! They certainly new what they were getting into with an car with well over 200k miles 10 yrs old and leaking oil! We are disabled and this is a disgusting obnoxious exploitation imposed on us. See you evil people in court! All they did is take valve cover off and order parts after 7 weeks and attempted to blackmail me and get out of the job!

I needed an alignment after doing some of my own front end work. Being so close to my home, I thought I’d try them out because people are always asking about shops they can trust. The waiting area is pleasant, not feeling like the shop spilled over into the waiting room (as many shops can feel like). Prices are fair and my alignment was quality. If you want to go with a friendly and locally owned family business for your repairs, I believe you’ll be happy with Henson.

This was my first time having my car serviced here and I will definitely be back. Friendly, reliable, honest, fair prices, fast service. I would highly recommend!

These guys are AWESOME. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and a great sense of humor (don’t tell them I said that). They have treated me right on every visit and I full heartedly recommend them to all my friends. Go find out why I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Had my first experience today and I will definitely be back. Everybody who worked in the office was kind and courteous. The mechanics were professional and did a thorough job. I look forward to giving my business to Henson in the future. 5 stars!

Henson’s staff is super helpful and nice. I usually get oil changes but I’ve also gotten an alignment and tires through them. Highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
