I have used this company before back in 2019-2020 I remember the name Noland henson very well I thought my process was going to be easy I only had communication with this guy once I found a property and I didn’t meet the potential landlord until the day I had to sign lease I have to say that the owner of that property I rented for 4 years knew that house had mold and I got sick it was never disclosed this landlord claim the house was redone I went through hell with this landlord just for him to sue me and keep my money becau... read more
Should have more photos of inside, seems like old photos I at housing on July 19, a young lady in front of me as we was waiting to be called to speak to someone she stated she was about to move from Henson tenant placement section 8. This place is terrible and need fixing. I'm not interested. Just because you on section 8 it doesn't mean you settle for less. I myself stop working in 2019. Been working since I was 17 years old. Great business! Very professional
This is under my old email my name is Courtney Perks I literally have been looking for a place since April 2023 . With nothing but disappointment and lies . I contacted Henson properties on 07/22/2023 within 2 hours of my call the young lady who was very professional contacted me with properties to look at 3 exactly . I chose the 3 rd one this company is the best my search is over now what a stress reliever they were to me .
