I had them come replace a water shutoff . They had to come back two more times to fix there leak ! Had them come auger a drain line when I received my bill it had part of there sewer augering tools on it because they said they ruined it doing the work . The final time of using them I had the waterline comming into a rental break being old so I told them where it was broken ( I contacted the city to turn off water also contacted city to turn water back on ) When they gave me the bill they charged me a 99 dollar diagnostic fee... read more
I had a flooded basement - again! I called Hensinger Plumbing. They were on it immediately, fixed the problem and the charge was very reasonable! They are efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend them highly.

Had a hole in pipe under the kitchen sink. Called Helsinger and they were here the next morning. Everything was explained to my roommate Judy Renkenberger. They fixed the pipes and were done in about an hour. We're very happy with their service and won't hesitate to call them again if we need them.
Exceptional service with the receptionist and plumber! You have customers for life!!!!
