I got an estimate from them late Nov or early Dec. I received a quote for the work on Dec 2. I approved the quote the same day and indicated my acceptance. That same day I received a call from the secretary to schedule an appointment to do the work. It was scheduled for Dec 12th. On December 12th I received a call from one of their workers indicating that they were running behind on their schedule and had to reschedule, indicating that the secretary would call later that day to reschedule. I have had Hensinger Plumbing on several occasions. They are a very reputable company. always professional, prompt, fair pricing. Do not hesitate to call Hensinger for all your plumbing and heating needs. A job always done correctly!!
They don't return calls or show up when they say they will. We called on a Wednesday afternoon with frozen pipes. They brought out a space heater. We were told they would call us on Thursday to check. No one called. We call around 1pm to say we were still frozen. They mentioned bringing a salamander over the next day. Our pipes thawed Thursday evening. We called to let them know that we were thawed but had a cracked water meter and split pipe joint. Always reasonable, professional and speedy.
Have had nothing but problems wth my new a/c unit and they would never anssee their phone or return phone calls until I got upset. My electric cuts out he says it's on a 30 2 pull but it's not and I was just told to not contact him again. Guess it will be done another way. Paid them and set up the time they were coming out in the beginning but I paid in advance so I guess the money was good enough bc got my job pushed back.
