I had a very disappointing experience with Henry’s Soul Cafe Restaurant that I feel customers should be aware of. I purchased a meatloaf sandwich for $12.09 from the U St. location, and when I got home, the meatloaf was sour and clearly not edible. I attempted to call the location multiple times, but no one answered. Since I couldn’t reach them, I drove to the Henry’s location in Oxon Hill to return the item and address the issue in person.
