My friend tried to give Henry’s business despite me urging him not too because of the unprofessional attitude of this business. However, it didn’t workout as the business was not open during their posted hours of operation. You have to be open when you say you will be open. This is business 101. Perhaps you need a paper route and not a lawnmower repair shop.
Sadly, the business phone appears to be using a software to give false messages if your area code isn't local. I've had the owner repair a mower before for me, and gotten good service. Also bought a push mower from him. Yesterday, I called from my office phone midday and it ran forever, but no answer, or voice mail. Just now, I called from home using my mobile and got a bogus pretend recording of "this phone is no longer in service" recording, followed by a tone, and then it hung up. EXTREAMLY DISHONEST AND AN OLD FASHIONED SHIESTER. I bought a toro gas powered edger. to start edger the instructions were to push primer bulb for 3-6 times to start. For the first 3-4 times it started no problem. Then it would not start at all. took in to henrys and he asked "what kind of gas did you put in"? when i told him regular gas he loudly exclaimed "you cant use that gas you have gummed up the carborator"!!! so he charged me to clean it. i took it home and same thing after 2-3 times: no start. i brought it back to h... read more
