Terrible customer service! First, they didn't get the correct name of for our order. Then, when they got it wrong, I called them to let them know. The "manager" told me I would have to bring it back to exchange it. I asked if they couldn't just take my name down and replace the order on my next visit (we go often as a workplace). She said she could not. I wasted gas and more time off of work to go back and get my order correct.
