I've had Henry's replace and install my central air and heat. The installation was neat and the equipment has been reliable. When there has been a need for service call for plumbing, they've been prompt and professional.
I had henrys do some follow up work to finish off 8k worth of work. They sent 2 men to glue on 2 traps which took all of 15 minutes. They billed me for 2 hours and said it was standard for plumbers to charge 2 hour minimum.
