Came in for a watch repair and the service was quick, affordable, and high quality.
The service is first-rate, the cashiers are nice, polite, and respectful, always greeting you with a big smile, very reasonable prices, and a great atmosphere.
I went to get my engagement ring resized, Mauricio said he could get it done in about 3 hours and that it was going to be $35 on pick up, so I left my ring there and came back to pick it up. He did not resize my ring because he said it was not real gold and he couldn’t do it, he said it repeatedly and loudly and said I should just wear it with a plastic guard. I was in and out within 10 minutes, I needed a very thin chain bracelet shortened and they did it super quick— only charging me $10.50. The people at the counter are very sweet. Definitely recommend this place for quick, affordable jewelry repair shop!!
