I came here to get an aquamarine stone set back onto my gold ring. They said they would need to add 4 new prongs to ensure the stone would stay set in place and I was fine with that. When they finished the ring, the stone had been set crooked, and the very intricate gold detail all around the stone had been melted and is deformed. The gold is even partially covering the diamonds in the ring and there's a hole in the ring where they melted through it.
