Good fried food. Batter was crispy and not greasy. Service was friendly. Cucumber and tomato salad is awesome.
The food was good, and the atmosphere pretty neat and clean. However our waitress, as sweet as she was, didn't know what some of the items in the menu were not had she tasted and mentioned she wasn't a seafood fan; which is fine- but a lot of the food items are seafood. She did say the shrimp and grits were a popular choice and so I got them and they were good! Fried gator bites were also good, as well as the fish and chips.
Awesome food. Great ambiance, and a top notch waitstaff. Definitely worth the visit!
I conduct a Haunted Pub Tour for Bulldog Tours that includes Henry's. The folks there are the best in town. With unbelievable cocktails and live jazz, my people always enjoy their time at Henry's. I love to recount the history of this grand restaurant, including hauntings by the ghosts of sailors and the smuggling of bootleg moonshine from Hell Hole Swamp. Thanks to the great staff for taking care of my people. We appreciate it.
Four of us stopped for a quick lunch before heading to the airport. We ordered mini fish and chips, tomato and cuke salad, pulled pork sandwich and a BLT with fried green tomatoes, sweet tea and beer. We all enjoyed our meals and left satisfied. Would go again next time we're in Charleston.

Great food, great people, great service...I would go there again and again.. We met the mother of the owner and she was awesome.. if you have a chance to go don't miss out..
Delicious food.... Very enthusiastic waiters..relaxed atmosphere...BEST She Crab cream in town !!
