The service was less than satisfactory from our server Alyssa. We were dumbfounded when she handed the check over and informed us that she had added 20% gratuity but it made sense why the poor service, she clearly was not worried about providing good service because she was going to tip herself 20% regardless. I was a server for years from high school into college and usually tip over and above 20% for excellent service as I have great respect for anyone willing to serve others in this manner but in her case she most certain... read more
