Building a home with Henry Walker was seriously the most enjoyable experience. Everyone on the team is there to help you every step of the way. When we were concerned about pricing they helped us find shortcuts and easy ways to save money. There was constant communication, the design studio is lovely and so fun, and each interaction was pleasant. Did you know that Henry walker makes all their buyers sign a contract that says if they post a negative review or even a statement saying anything negative in any way about Henry Walker they will be fined $2,500. I'm sure they are also paying for positive reviews. SO don't believe the reviews on here. RUN as fast as you can the other way. Henry Walker is canceling contracts on families because they can make more money selling them as spec homes.
