Great Company !! We used Henry Tree Company to address issues with our arborvitae. Enrique and his crew completed the work in a professional manner demonstrating their knowledge to successfully address the issues. The clean up following the work was done meticulously. Great professional service with fair reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for a quote on the website. Received many confirmations stating “on site” for the consultation. No one showed up. I received an estimate the next day for $1500 via email. When I called I was told it was not an on site consultation despite the 2 emails confirming the appointment at my address. It would be fine to receive a quote via email if someone had called and asked the problem, or if I had ever even spoken to someone at the company about what we needed done. They ghosted us. We discussed quotes and asked to add on an additional tree. Never heard back from them. Waited 2 weeks. We followed up as well. Ended up going with Bartlett tree company who had the tree removed with a few days of us calling them.

I’ve used Henry both personally and contracted work with my employer. Their knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. Fair prices and easy to work with. There’s a lot of tree services out there but throughout the process from quotes to when the job is done, you’ll be glad you chose Henry.

We were recently impacted by the tornado that came through Geneva. We called Henry Tree to remove a 40ft pine and stump that had snapped in half. Enrique and his crew know what they are doing, are professional, and reasonably priced...would highly recommend.
