They made me wait over 40 minutes just to give me a document with instructions pointing to another building 10 minutes away. When I got there, they told me I had to wait for them to let me know if I needed to turn back because there was no space. It was a total waste of time—why don't they just tell the broker right away where they want the damn load?
Horrible drop off experience. They have a set break time from 9:30-10 and will often times not take deliveries 15 minutes before and will be 10 minutes late coming back. You would think that they would come back ready to work but no, they just watch you do it all and laugh at you struggling to make time commitments
People in receiving want you to do their jobs and act out if you give them pushback.
