I called their office to schedule an appointment. Dr. Kurzydlowski called me back & we spoke for about 15 min on current pain, how it started, treatment, best treatment for my type of pain, etc. Ultimately, Dr. K suggested a university hospital for my type of pain. Extremely nice & honest. Dr. K took the time to speak to me, talk about my issue & make a great suggestion, without me being a patient. That is incredibly rare today. Dr. Kurdzydlowski REALLY KNOWS how to TREAT A PATIENT VERY CARING AND HIS KNOWLEDGE IS INCREDIBLE...I also Loved the fact He explained in Detail my plan for Wellness

Had a procedure done with Dr. Henry and there was no follow up. I was in extreme pain, could not sleep due to the pain and was under major distress. The office avoided my calls and disregarded my symptoms. The office staff, especially Agnes were of no help. I could not lift my arm or turn my neck and they expected me to come in after the big snow storm, however my car was buried under four feet of snow. I had a spinal fusion with rods, cage, screws L4 to cocsis successfully 2007. A few years later I learned I had bilateral sciatica and Degenerative Disc Disease at same location as sciatic nerve on each side, excruciating no matter what. Once I received an epidural from Dr. Kurzydlowski, no more pain. It lasted several years and repeated again and lasted for several years.
